About Us / Schedule

-We're a TEAM! Everyone in our group supports each other and our coaches and pacers want to help all of you achieve your goals.

-We will meet every Sunday beginning January 22nd leading up to the GO! St. Louis Marathon and Half Marathon on April 15th. We will have a clinic before each Sunday run/walk on topics that will help us stay injury-free, learn more about the sport and of course help us perform well on race day.

-We will meet also meet mid-week for a "Workout" to help us increase our speed and ability to maintain a fast pace for a longer period of time. The workouts will be based on goal pace and participants will be broken into pace groups so they can work together. Check back soon for details on what we will be doing each week!
