Practices will rotate between Laumeier Sculpture Park and Schroeder Park, then move to Kirkwood Park when we start to lose daylight.

Schroeder Park (cross country season): The park is located just West of 141. Take Manchester Road to Old Meramec Station Road and go South. The park will be on your right.

Water:
Bring a BIG water bottle with you to drink before, during and after practice
Dress:
Be prepared for all conditions: hot, cold, rain
(practice cancelled only in the event of lightning)
Eating:
Eat sparingly before practice and try to avoid dairy, citrus and soda
Restrooms:
Restrooms are NOT always readily available, go before you leave home
