Time: All practices begin at 5:45pm sharp and end no later than 7:00pm

Practices will begin at Laumeier Sculpture Park and then move to Vianney High School.

Directions to Schroeder Park (cross country season): The park is located just West of 141. Take Manchester Road to Old Meramec Station Road and go South. The park will be on your right.

Directions to Kirkwood Park (cross country season): The park is located at the intersection of Geyer Rd and Adams Ave in Kirkwood. Take Kirkwood Road (61/67) and head West on Adams. You will see the park on the SW corner of Adams and Geyer.

PRACTICE INFO

Water:
Bring a BIG water bottle with you to drink before, during and after practice

Dress:
Be prepared for all conditions: hot, cold, rain
(practice cancelled only in the event of lightning)

Eating:
Eat sparingly before practice and try to avoid dairy, citrus and soda

Restrooms:
Restrooms are NOT always readily available, go before you leave home
