Shuttle to the Pasta Dinner: There will be two shuttles from the Crowne Plaza to the Pasta Dinner on Friday evening. You must sign up at the Crowne on Friday to reserve your space. One will leave at 6pm and the second will leave at 6:30pm (if necessary).

Directions to the Pasta Dinner:
Coming from Highway 64/40 exit Kingshighway South and turn right onto Oakland Ave. Turn left into the Saint Louis Science Center and proceed to the overflow lot/SLUH student parking area. From Highway 44 take the Kingshighway exit and head north. Turn left onto Oakland Ave and then left into the Saint Louis Science Center. Proceed into the overflow lot/SLUH student parking area.

Directions to the Course: Beginning Friday night through Monday morning a section of Highway 64/40 will be closed for the building of a new interchange at Tower Grove and Boyle to replace four bridges that span the highway.  When the interstate is closed on Feb. 1, drivers traveling westbound on Highway 64/40 will have to turn off the highway at Forest Park Avenue and follow it to Kingshighway. Turn left on Kingshighway and enter the park. Follow the signs to Central Ball Fields (#7 on this map) Eastbound travelers will be diverted from the highway at Hampton Avenue (which is where you'd enter the park anyway).

Parking: Event parking will be FREE and there will be plenty of availability on the streets surrounding Central Fields as well as in the Upper and Lower Muny Parking Lots. For a map of Forest Park click HERE.

Join in on the fun: The day kicks off with races that you the fan can participate in! Cheer, Cheer, Cheer!!: The USA Cross Country Championships are an unparalled chance to get up close and personal with the best distance runners in the nation. While the athletes run along the 2k loop you can run from side-to-side across the course to cheer them on. You'll be only feet from the competitors as they zoom by and feed off the energy from the crowd. High School athletes will have access to Nike High School Hospitality Tent just for them located at the south end of the course. We expect you guys to be loud!

Awards: We encourage all the fans to stick around for the awards ceremony that will take place on the stage immediately following the open men's 12k. It will be a great chance to see and talk to your favorite athletes as they receive their Championship awards.

Michelob Ultra Post-Race Party: Athletes, coaches and fans are all invited to a post-race party from 6:00pm - 10:00pm at the Plaza Grill & Bar located on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza in Clayton.
