Friday February 10th:
8:00am - 5:00pm - Course Opens to athletes, coaches and fans: Come see your favorite athletes warming up for the big race. Bring your pens and try to get an autograph or two!
6:00pm - 8:00pm- Pre-Race Pasta Dinner & Elite Athlete Panel Discussion: Join us for a funSLUH evening of professional athletes and pasta on Friday night! The festivities will take place at Saint Louis University High School located just across the street from Forest Park. The evening will begin with an all-u-can-eat pasta dinner sponsored by Onesto from 6pm to 7pm complete with guest speakers, autograph opportunities and more. The program will conclude with an hour-long panel discussion sponsored by Phase 5 Consulting at 7:15pm where some of America's best distance runners will answer your questions, talk about their training, give you some great advice and more. You won't want to miss it!

*You can sign up for the evening online for $10 as an add-on when you sign up for the Community and/or High School Race or HERE if you are only signing up for the dinner. Tickets will be available at the door for $15.

Saturday February 11th:
8:30am- High School Race 4km presented by Saint Louis Injury and Rehab
9:00am- Community Race 4km
9:45am- Michelob Ultra Masters Women's 8km
10:45am- Michelob Ultra Masters Men's 8km
11:45am- Junior Women's 6km
12:30pm- Junior Men's 8km
1:15pm- Open Women's 8km
2:00pm- Open Men's 12km

Directions: Coming from Highway 64/40 or Highway 44 you enter the park from Hampton via the Hampton Ave. exit. Turn right on Wells Dr. and continue on Wells until you hit the fields.

Parking: Event parking will be available for just $10 on the streets surrounding Central Fields as well as in the Upper and Lower Muny Parking Lots. For a map of Forest Park click HERE.

Join in on the fun: The day kicks off with races that you the fan can participate in! You certainly don't get to play baseball before a Cardinals game!! 7th - 12th graders can compete in the high school race at 8:30am and anyone can compete in the Community Race at 9:00am. Both races are 4k and you will run on the exact course that the Championship races will be held on later in the day. For more info check out the event details page HERE.

Volunteer: There is yet another great way to be involved in the Championships: Volunteer! There are lots of fun jobs all weekend long and the Championships could not happen without your help. Click HERE to sign up!

Cheer, Cheer, Cheer!!: The USA Cross Country Championships are an unparalled chance to get up close and personal with the best distance runners in the nation. While the athletes run along the 2k loop you can run from side-to-side across the course to cheer them on. You'll be only feet from the competitors as they zoom by and feed off the energy from the crowd. High School athletes will have access to Nike High School Hospitality Tent just for them located at the south end of the course. We expect you guys to be loud!

Awards: We encourage all the fans to stick around for the awards ceremony that will take place on the stage immediately following the open men's 12k. It will be a great chance to see and talk to your favorite athletes as they receive their Championship awards.

Post-Race Party: Athletes, coaches and fans are all invited to a post-race party from 6:00pm - 10:00pm at the Plaza Grill & Bar located on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza in Clayton
