KLONDIKE PARK

POWER LINE, STRIP MINE, DONKEY KONG, HOGSBACK, LEWIS & CLARK TRAILS

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Located just off of the Katy Trail in Augusta, MO, the 250-acre Klondike Park is a popular destination for outdoor recreationalists, families, and youth activity groups.  Natural and paved trails wind through tree-lined hillsides to offer a challenging ride or hike and spectacular views of wildlife, native plants, and the surrounding Missouri River Valley.

WHY WE LIKE IT: Klondike Park is a great place for walkers, runners and the outdoor enthusiast alike. The majestic trees offer solace from the summer sun and borders the Missouri River. Klondike is a great starting point to link up with the Katy Trail to make a great St. Charles County long run.

DIRECTIONS: Take 64/40 to the Weldon Springs/Highway 94 Exit and go West. Follow Highway 94 until you reach Klondike Park. The park entrance is on your left. There are many places to park once inside.
