Begin with a 1hr In-Depth consultation to identify your needs. Then recieve a training plan that helps you stay motivated and excited about your running.

12 Week Training Plan ($170.00)
For those looking for a long term 5k,10k, half marathon or marathon training program this plan is for you. This plan involves a detailed 3 month schedule that will help you stay on track while preparing for the big event.
What you get:
- 1hr In-Depth consultation: discussing goals, schedule, and training history
- 1hr follow up consultation: discussing progress, and race day preparation
- Monthly Newsletter Membership
- 12 Week individualized training plan
- Unlimited communication with Big River Coach

One on One Personal Coaching ($200.00) per month
If you are ready to take your training and racing to the next level this plan is for you. Have your own personal coach by your side for training sessions. This plan provides professional attention and extra motivation.

- Month by month phase schedule
- Individualized training plan

- Weekly training sessions with Big River Coach
Individual Training Sessions "pay as you go"
Resistance Training for Runners Session ($50.00) per 1hr What you get:
- Running specific exercises designed to build your strength and prevent injury
- Running specific exercise packet
- Injury prevention and treatment packet
Pacing Session ($75.00) per 90min
What you get:
- Coach Bradley runs with you at your desired pace for a race, time trial or workout
- Perfect Pacing Plan Packet: A guide to help you learn how to pace for any distance
Speed Work Session or Time Trial ($45.00) per 1hr
