The Skippo – 10K Trail Race

November 5, 2016  at 9:00 am
Castlewood State Park, Ballwin, MO
Timed by BRRace Mangement ChronoTrack_97x32 ChronoTrack-Live_97x32   The Skippo Trail Race is a series of three challenging distances – 10K on Saturday and a 20k and 30K on Sunday – through the beautiful Castlewood State Park. Each of the races presents a course ranging from steep grades, creek beds, the infamous “stairs” and very fast sections.  For the brave athlete, the 10K can be run on Saturday followed by either the 20K or 30K on Sunday!  At the same time, this event is open to all abilities and experience levels though we strongly encourage practicing trail running and checking out the course preview run the weekend before the race. Making The Skippo so popular is the post-race party at the pavilion and awesome amenities for all athletes.  Everyone that participates receives a finisher’s keepsake, long-sleeve quality tech shirt, on-course hydration and fuel stations, as well as awards for the top three in each age group. The Skippo has a participant cap and sells out every year so register early!
