Hip & Glute Strength for Athletes Clinic (FREE)

Hip and glute strength can be beneficial to athletes of all types, helping to prevent injury and optimize performance. Expert Physical Therapists from The Mercy Running Clinic will be on hand to discuss the anatomy of the hip and gluteal region and why having good functional strength in those areas is important to running. You will have the opportunity for active group participation and learn several exercises on how to functionally strengthen these important muscles.
